Bike ops is having the strongest summer ever!

You never know what you're going to see when you head out on to the mountain! Last weekend I was doing some set up for the Blueberry Festival and I saw these cute little guys running around. 

Remember that wildlife is WILD, and keep a safe distance if you do encounter any. Getting between a mama and her babies (of any species) is a bad place to be.

Night Riding for Spring Break!

In case you haven't heard, Alyeska Resort will have night operations on the Bear Cub Quad, Ted's Express, Tram AND Lift 7 during spring break, March 9-18!
The 18th will be our last night of night ops for the season, so make sure to come out and enjoy it while you can.

End of Summer at Alyeska Resort

It's been a while since I've posted here, and wanted to catch up.

Downhill biking has been going GREAT this summer! We've been far busier than the first and second season.  The trails are good, the weather has ben better than normal, and people are pumped to ride.

There have been some muddy/ rainy days, but the bikers are still ready to rally!

Berry picking in Girdwood valley was great this summer! So thankful for all the beautiful days we had this summer!

Summer Operations at Alyeska Resort

The Alyeska Aerial Tramway will be open 7 days a week from 9:30am-9:30pm through August.

Tram crew can't wait to meet you!

The Lead lift operators did a ski around a couple of weeks ago, just to make sure everyone is on the same page.

 It was good for the team.

Norman was stoked to run lift 1 for the last night of night operations.

 Super Grover (Shawn) was also on the scene!

 We had an end-of-night ops torchlight parade. It was super fun.

Then we had some serious snow days. On Tuesday, we had about 4 feet of fresh pow AND sunshine!
