There were quite a few lift mechanics and lift crew at chair 6 Saturday at closing. What a stellar crew!
Scott manned mid-1 for the last night of night skiing.
And then it was done. At the end of the last night of night skiing, the employees had a small torchlight parade. It's hard to believe the season is coming to a close. I'm still hoping for a ton more snow in the last 4 weeks!
Also, thanks to the awesome grooming crew who made made a quick pass (4 cats, up and down) so the parade route would be smooth and safe!
There is still some snow on the upper North Face trail and at the top of the tram.

Jesse (tram crew) digs out a trench on the North Face, under car 2, so it won't drag in the snow with a full load. With 845" for the season, we are way above the average of 630"!

An ocean of clouds
The light was still good when we skied down just after 4:30.
The clouds were thick in the valley, but the views at the mid and upper mountain levels were spectacular!
And congrats to Cody, who will be transferring to Lift Maintenance.
