It gets dark early too. Chair 6 closed at 3:30 due to low visibility and the early nightfall. I stopped in and helped Dylan (whose mom will be here in a few days, and reads this blog) close down top shack. It has been a while since I've been up there for closing,and enjoyed thinking about years past & chatting with Dylan. Here we are leaving the top:
Lift maintenance will be working overnight, tonight, shortening the haul rope at the tram. They are doing the project overnight so as not to impact the daily operations of the tram. The lower haul rope was replaced (on schedule) in October, and some stretch is the be expected. Thanks guys!
